The Difference Maker Mindset: Clarity, Conviction, and Climate
Leadership is a practice of quiet strength—maintaining presence under pressure and providing clarity in complexity. Difference Makers don’t just give orders; they create Cultures of belonging and Climates of motivation. They understand that the secret to a thriving team is the self-awareness of the leader at the top.
At Difference Makers Coaching, we equip leaders to navigate their most critical decisions through a proven 6-step framework: Awareness, Measurement, Agility, Preparation, Action, and Service. My experience as an active-duty Marine Raider directing global missions informs every engagement, blending military-tested strategy with academic depth.
We assist you in mastering the "weather" of your organization—ensuring your team climate is one of trust, agility, and high performance. When you lead with intention, you don’t just manage a team; you make a difference that endures.

As the leader and founder of Difference Makers, I take great pride in our ability to help our clients. I am an International Coaching Federation credentialed Professional Certified Coach. I am also certified in administering the EQi 2.0 and EQ360 assessments.
Over the course of my military career in the intelligence and special operations communities, I fine tuned my leadership and team building skills in practice while commanding highly effective teams in dynamic environments. Being a Difference Maker meant building cross functional links across leadership levels—from Ambassadors and general officer to subordinate, colleagues, or foreign military personnel.
These experiences have sharpened my decision making skills in international and domestic environments both independently and with the support of teams. Serving as a leader and member of a team has taught me what it takes to make risk informed decisions and how to support the decision making process.
My coaching experience is derived from developing my subordinates and supporting colleagues. My formal training comes from the College of Executive Coaching. I find value and purpose in helping others achieve their personal and professional goals while solving challenging problems.
Finally, I am married with four kids. I juggle my professional and personal lives daily. Effective prioritization is key to happiness and success. We are not always going to get it right, but I have developed tools and processes to help you along the way. Our experience serving others, to include our families and communities, set us apart from others.
